We are currently seeking a high-performing Senior Associate / Investment Banking Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced investment team based in London. The Role

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting senior bankers on a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory. This role also involves exposure to client-facing responsibilities, including working directly with members of the public and supporting advisory processes.

For those operating in an analyst capacity, you will work closely alongside and shadow senior investment advisors, gaining hands-on experience in client engagement, portfolio discussions, and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead detailed financial modelling, valuations, and scenario analysis

* Support execution of M&A transactions and capital market deals

* Prepare high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client materials

* Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company research

* Liaise directly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

* Assist in structuring complex financial transactions

* Support and participate in client meetings, including face-to-face interactions

* Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ experience within investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar environment

* Strong financial modelling and valuation skills

* Good understanding of FCA and PRA regulatory requirements, particularly when dealing with clients and the general public

* Ability to operate in a client-facing environment with professionalism and confidence

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability

* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both internally and externally

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
